What are your Box Office hours?
The box office is open 2 hours prior (6 pm) to each performance (8 pm). If you need to reach us outside of those hours please call 208-234-2654 and leave a message. One of our volunteers will return your call. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for return call.
Are tickets for sale online?
Yes, you may purchase your tickets online with a credit or debit card. Online ticket sales stop 24 hours prior to each performance due to catering requirements. Dinner and show tickets are only available until 24 hours prior to each performance. Show only tickets are available at the door until show time. All tickets are will call at the door there is no need to print a paper copy.
If I purchase tickets online when do you charge my credit/debit card?
When purchasing tickets online your credit or debit card is charged immediately. This places your tickets at our box office for will call pick up and allows us to seat you with minimal wait time when you arrive at the theatre.
What if I want to pay with cash or check?
If you prefer to pay with cash or check please call 208-234-2654 and leave a message. One of our volunteers will return your call. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for return call.
What is included in the ticket price?
All Dinner and Show tickets include: Buffet dinner, show, and all taxes and fees. Water is provided at each table. Additional beverages may be purchased from the bar. GRATUITY IS NOT INCLUDED. Check the website to see what is offered for each show as the menu changes.
How far in advance can I make reservations?
Tickets are placed on sale beginning in November for the following season. You may purchase each show separately or buy a ticket to all four shows at once and receive our season discount. Tickets are first come first served. Be sure to check the website for updates.
What if I want to purchase season tickets?
Season tickets are available through our box office starting with our October show. If you want to purchase season tickets prior to them being available online please call 208-234-2654 and leave a message. One of our volunteers will return your call. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for return call.
Can I buy a group of tickets online?
Yes, you can purchase as many tickets as you need online. Tickets purchased online must be paid for with a credit or debit card. The entire purchase will be charged at that time and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to collect money from each party in the group. If you have questions, need to pay individually, or need assistance with special needs please call the Box Office at: 208-234-2654 and leave a message. One of our volunteers will return your call. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for return call.
Can you hold seats for me?
A group of 8 or more may hold seats up to 48 hours prior to the performance. Westside requests that parties of less than 8 purchase tickets online.
What if we can’t make our scheduled performance?
Although Westside Players ticket policy states “no refunds”, you are our very important guests. Per Westside’s policy, we cannot refund tickets but with 24 hour notice we can usually exchange tickets for another performance. Due to catering restrictions we are unable to exchange dinner and show tickets without 24 hours prior notice.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept: cash, check, and credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Is your building handicap accessible?
A handicapped access ramp located on the north side of our building will ease your arrival to our theater. Be sure to mention the need for wheelchair seating when calling the box office for ticket reservations. Wheelchair seating can be reserved online, but you should still call the box office after you purchase tickets and leave a message with your name, performance date/time and state your special needs.
What is the latest time to arrive for dinner?
To allow for a relaxed dining experience, we recommend you arrive for dinner no later than 45 minutes after seating begins. Seating begins at 6:00 pm. Show only ticket holders MUST arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to show time at 8 pm.
LATE ARRIVALS – We will do our best to accommodate dinner patrons arriving 30 minutes prior to show time. Show only patrons arriving after 8 pm will be seated when possible. No refunds are made for late patrons.

Do you have a dress code?
Some patrons will dress up for special occasions though everything from casual to elegant is accepted. We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your visit to Westside Players.
What is your policy on cell phones in the theatre?
Texting during a performance or a ringing cell phone is a distraction for audience members and performers. If you bring a cell phone into the theatre, please turn it off or place it on silent (vibrate is not recommended as the noise may be a distraction for other patrons and/or the actors) before the performance begins. Patrons may exit the Theatre to use their phone during intermission. Please remember to turn it off or silence it before re-entering the theatre.
What if I’m celebrating a special occasion?
We will be happy to announce your occasion from the stage if requested in advance through the box office or at the door when arriving.
What is your policy on cameras in the theatre?
The use of cameras, video/audio recording equipment, and picture cell phones is strictly prohibited and is a licensing infringement punishable by law. This is a universal policy and not just the policy of Westside Players.
Do you have Gift Certificates available?
You may purchase a Gift Certificate by calling our box office at 208-234-2654, contacting via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or at the door prior to each performance.
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate or other Complementary Ticket Certificate?
Each Gift Certificate / Complementary Ticket Certificate has a unique code on it that you can enter online at checkout. If you are unable to use online ticket sales please call our box office 208-234-2654 and we will be happy to help you.
May I bring my infant or young child?
In general, Westside Players is considered entertainment for adults; therefore, please consider Westside a PG-13 venue. Due to there being catered liquor sales on premises all minors must be accompanied by an adult. We ask that you leave infants at home with a loving care giver.
How long is each performance?
Every play varies in length, but most performances average between 2 – 2 ½ hours with at least one 15 minute intermission. Typical performances will end between 10:30 pm – 11 pm.
Do you have discounts?
We offer a student discount to all students with a current student ID or activity card. Please show ID at door when checking in. As a nonprofit organization we are unable to offer any other discounts.
Are Show Only tickets available?
Yes, we offer $17 ‘Show Only’ tickets for all performances. We advise Show Only ticket holders arrive at least 15 minutes prior to show time (8 pm) in order to be comfortably seated by the time the show begins.
What if I have a special dietary need?
Generally speaking, we are unable to provide special request menu items at this time.
