FALL 2011
Suspense on Stage
Our Silver Anniversary season closes with Wait until Dark by Frederick Knott. The taut thriller pits two ex-convicts (Tom Powell and Glenn Buck) and their murderous boss against young, blind Susy Hendrix (played by Katelyn McKelley). She lives in Greenwich Village with her photographer husband, Sam, played by double-duty director Dan Varas. Desperate to find a drug-filled doll that Sam innocently brought home from Canada, mastermind Roat, (Ryan Balfour) and his thugs stage an elaborate charade to convince Susy that her husband is a murderer. With help from her nine-year-old neighbor, Gloria, played by authentically nine-year-old Rachel Fillmore, Susy learns the truth and has to fight for her life where she’s most at home–in the dark. Dale Spencer and Jed Taylor round out the cast as New York City policemen. Brin Durham designed the atmospheric set and lighting. Come look and listen to our new sound system.

Intriguing Art on the Wall
This fall, our Lobby Gallery features the work of Pocatello native Anne Vest. An M.F.A. graduate of ISU, award-winning artist Vest is currently most interested in installation art and mixed media assemblages but she is an experienced printmaker and painter as well. Come meet the artist and enjoy her work at the opening night champagne reception—October 7 at 6:00 p.m.
Because our system is “ticketless,” we require credit card guarantees or prepayment for all except season ticket holders when making reservations. A 24-hour cancellation notice is necessary to prevent cards on file from being charged.
